It was found that the average volume of Paulownia Pao Tong Z07 is greater than the other species of Paulownia by more than 60%, and the diameter of Paulownia Pao Tong Z07 reaches 40 cm after 7 years. The high growth rate of Paulownia Pao Tong Z07 is more noticeable in the first 3 years after the technical section and now it is the main argument for growing this species in Japan. The rapid growth will reduce collection time, and this increases wood production. Paulownia Pao Tong Z07 is the most stable and strong hybrid, which resists microbes and parasites, it has a straight, tall and dense trunk. Depending on the type of soil, the height of this plant reaches from 6m to 10m, and the diameter at breast height reaches from 4,1cm to 12cm in the first year after trimming, or 15-18 months of cultivation. The individual volume of Pao Tong Z07 for 7 years is 42% – 96% more than in other varieties, which is 0.36 m3 – 0.62 m3. Pao Tong Z07 shows considerable resistance to unfavorable conditions: cold and drought. The studies were conducted on Pao Tong Z07 species, which were planted along the Weihe River in Weinan, China. Within 360 days, the plants grew, as a rule, under conditions of dry and hot summer without a drop of water for more than 2 months, with the highest temperature in the summer being +42 degrees and in winter -33 degrees. The studies have shown resistance of Pao Tong Z07 both at high temperatures and at low temperatures

This important adaptive quality of the given species of Paulownia allows saving resources, labor force, and it improves productivity and raises profitability of investments into forestry.
