  • Steps to make the purchase

    1. Check the minimum order requirement for the product or variety of your interest.

    3. Click on the buy button and proceed to user registration following the instructions.
    4. Enter the delivery and billing information for your order. If billing and delivery information are different, remember to fill out both forms. Verify the information provided for a smooth delivery.

    6. Confirm the order, and you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase, and we will proceed with preparing the shipment.

  • Quality Certificate

    With the acquisition of our variety, you will receive a quality certificate as a seal of our guarantee. Paulownia Professional® has a licensed distributor of Paulownia in the national territory of Ukraine, LLC Paulownia Ukraine®. The Paulownia seedlings, hybrid varieties supplied by LLC Paulownia Ukraine® in the Ukrainian territory, are under our control and license.

    Similarly, Paulownia Professional® has had an authorized distributor for the regions of France and Belgium since 2023. The French company Paulownia Nature, which acts as our representative in these countries.

    Every order placed with our distributor must be registered with a certificate from Paulownia Professional®, ensuring the customer that they are purchasing a product of European quality. The personal certificate will contain a QR code through which its validity can be verified. The certificate reflects the customer's personal information and the quantity of Paulownia hybrid plants purchased.

  • Pre-purchase Conditions

    What is the minimum order?

    All items have a minimum established order quantity. Before placing your order, please check the minimum quantity for each item. For example, for the 600ml potted Paulownia, the minimum order quantity is 4 units. Orders that do not meet the minimum quantity requirement will be canceled.     How can I request a quote?

    Request a quote by emailing info@paulownia.pro or through the contact section on our website at https://paulownia.pro/contacto. We do not process orders over the phone. We will contact you and try to adjust the quote based on the availability of our items and shipping. We will process the shipment again with the adjusted price. In the event that we are required to modify your order, we will contact you immediately to authorize shipping with the new price or with similar items. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

    Minimum shipping cost

    The minimum shipping cost is €13.50 in Spain and Portugal. The price may vary depending on the package's volume, weight, destination, and chosen delivery date. You can always check the shipping costs that will be applied to the order on the purchase invoice. Shipping costs for bulky orders or those destined for international locations are manually tariffed.   • What type of plant should I choose according to the season?

    We have two main seasons, the spring/summer season and the fall/winter season.

    The spring/summer season starts from April 1st until the end of July or while supplies last. During this season, we begin supplying our range of products in pots. Essentially, it involves Paulownia planted in 600ml pots, 2-liter pots, and 3.6 to 5-liter pots. Each order is prepared so that the plant comes out strengthened and well-rooted.

    The fall/winter season starts from November 30th until mid-February or while supplies last. We provide bare-root trees of 5 meters (2-3-year-old Paulownia trees), 3 meters (1-2-year-old Paulownia trees), and Stump format (Stump, Stump) in their respective sizes M, L, XL, XXL.

  • It is advisable to make a reservation several months in advance. This way, we can optimize the purchasing process, allocate the necessary plant for your order, prepare it better, provide all the necessary information for establishing the Paulownia plantation, and even offer better purchase discounts.

  • How can I take advantage of promotions and discount coupons?

    Promotions are not cumulative, nor do they overlap with each other. Each promotion is subject to a specific timeframe with its respective validity dates. Discount coupons are only issued by Paulownia Professional® and never by other platforms.

    We offer discounts on our Paulownia plants in fall/winter for new spring plantations, and in summer for reservations of bare-root trees. As always, we offer significant discounts for new forestry and reforestation projects aimed at combating climate change through CO2 sequestration, as well as specific discounts for municipalities, campgrounds, dog centers, new construction projects, roads, boulevards, and others.

  • Payment Methods

    Orders are placed on our platform, and payment can be made using credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, or similar), PayPal, Bizum, or Bank Transfer.

  • Modes and Delivery Times

    As a general rule, shipments are made from Monday to Thursday, always avoiding that the plants remain stuck in the transport company's warehouse due to weekly rest or holidays. We work with three shipping methods, depending on the destination of the order:

    1. When placing an order from Spain or Portugal, the delivery time will be 24-48 hours for parcels and 24-72 hours for pallets, once payment is confirmed.
    2. When requesting an order from a country in the European Union: the delivery time will be 2-7 working days depending on the country and shipping method.
    3. If placing an order from a country outside the European Union: the delivery time will be 5-35 working days depending on the country and shipping method.

    Important: To purchase plant material, it is essential to know the import regulations for plants and vegetables in your country of origin. It is also important to have an import permit if required.

  • Order Tracking

    We will provide a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order at any time in your personal account and on the carrier's website.

    The exact delivery time will always depend on our logistics partners. Depending on the chosen date or country of destination, you can specify the delivery time, either in the morning or in the afternoon.

    If the destination of your order is outside the European Union, it will be adjusted to the logistics constraints of the country and the most suitable shipping option in each specific case.

  • Delivery Policy

    Our main priority is to deliver each of the orders we receive on time. Thinking about your needs, we have planned contingency actions to counteract any setbacks related to the delivery of our items:

    1. We anticipate the first available date after the agreed-upon date if we couldn't deliver it on the requested date, with prior agreement with the customer.
    2. We do not issue refunds if the order has not arrived due to reasons beyond our control, for example, if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, or similar situations.
    3. If the delivery could not be made because the chosen day was a local holiday, the order will arrive on the next business day. In this case, it would also not be possible to request a refund.

    Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

    During the purchasing process, it is crucial to ensure that you provide us with the correct address. We have developed address validation functions to help you easily find it, but do not forget to verify all fields to avoid issues with the delivery of your order.
    If we are unable to deliver the order to the recipient due to an incorrect address, no type of refund can be processed.

    Restricted delivery locations

    If you are considering sending plants to a public building such as a town hall, hotel, residence, or company, please inform us of the center's rules to manage the shipment.

    -We will need you to provide us with the name and phone number of the establishment you wish to send your order to, and the contact details of the person in charge of receiving it.
    -Deliveries cannot be made to isolated houses, plots, or land without a valid address, for example, coordinates, GPS, or polygon and plot numbering. Transport companies do not accept this address format.
    -To ensure the order is delivered to the recipient, you must be familiar with the receiving conditions of the place where we are sending the shipment. If we cannot deliver your order due to any of these reasons, a refund cannot be requested.

  • Quality Policy

    At Paulownia Professional®, we believe in the authenticity of the products we produce, so all plants go through a hand selection process and we choose only the most vigorous plants.

    While we always strive to make your order match the original product photograph as closely as possible, there may be some variations. The photograph is just a representation of the products; the size and format we send will depend on product availability. Paulownia Professional® guarantees that they will always be of similar quality to what is shown on the website.

    If you receive a product that is slightly different from the original photograph but still meets the necessary quality standards, you will not be able to request a refund for the order.

    When you place an order on our website, please remember that it will only include the products specified in the description. The photographs on our website show the average size and shapes, which may vary slightly.

  • Management of Incidents and Complaints

    Has your plant or tree not met the expected quality?

    We are very sorry that your experience has not been positive. We are attentive to your complaint and it will not be processed over the phone. Our interest is to understand your dissatisfaction, resolve any misunderstandings, and improve the quality of our products and services.

    Has your package or pallet arrived damaged?

    Please send us photographs of the condition of the product inside and outside the box, the overall packaging condition, and the labels on the package within 24 hours of receipt so that we can investigate what has happened. We commit to evaluating your case and responding as soon as possible. Without sending the photographs within the specified period, we will not be able to process your claim.

    Do you want to modify or cancel your order?

    You can modify your order details or cancel it through your active personal account, if the order status is "Pending". If the order status is "Processed", we will proceed with it, and no changes or cancellations can be made.

    How can I request a refund?

    All refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase, within a maximum of 14 working days. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used:
    - PayPal: 24/48 working hours
    - Debit or credit cards: from 24/48 working hours to 90 days, depending on the card type and account statement date.
    - Bank Transfer: 24/48 working hours
    The processing time may depend on your bank. If the refund has been confirmed by us and you have not received it within the stipulated time, please contact your bank to find out when you will receive it.
