Purchasing process

During the purchase process you must identify yourself with the username and password provided. These data will not be public. You are responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained when registering as a client, and cannot transfer them to another. To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store. You can register as a user of the website to make the online purchase in the corresponding section on the website itself. Paulownia Professional® informs users that the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchase will be incorporated into the processing system owned by Paulownia Professional SL, with the purpose of processing said actions by the user and managing subsequent actions.

Payment methods

All products indicate the sales price in euros and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) , however, you can view the full final price before placing the order.

If any other tax were applicable, it would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

During the purchasing process you must indicate your choice. You can pay the amount of your order by choosing any of the following ways:

  • Credit card

When paying with a credit card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction. This payment method is valid only on the website.

  • Wire transfer

By selecting the bank transfer you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail with the bank details of PAULOWNIA PROFESSIONAL S.L.

It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it. We remind you that payment must be made in Euros and that all possible exchange and banking fees are your responsibility.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank that it will be responsible for the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Possible exchange and bank fees are the responsibility of the client.

  • PayPal

The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service especially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

  • Bizum

It is a fast and simple service where you can send and receive money through your bank’s app. The money reaches our account immediately and safely.

 

Product availability may vary depending on customer demand. Although the stock is updated periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time.

In case of non-execution due to unavailability, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to make a reservation.

Shipping

As a general rule, shipments are made from Monday to Thursday, always avoiding that, in the case of plants, they are detained in the transport company’s warehouse due to weekly or holiday rest.

We work with three shipping methods, depending on the destination of the order.

  1. If you place an order from Spain or Portugal :
    parcel delivery within 24-48 hours.
    delivery 24-72 hours pallets.
  2. If you place an order to a country in the European Union :
    delivery 2-7 business days depending on the country.

In these two cases:

We will provide a tracking number with which you can check the status of the order at any time in your personal account and on the website of the assigned carrier.
The exact time of delivery will always depend on our logistics partners.
Depending on the date or destination country you choose, you can indicate whether you prefer delivery in the morning or afternoon.

  1. If you order from outside the European Union or there are some logistical difficulties in your country, then shipping methods are discussed beforehand and we choose the most suitable shipping option for you.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order reaches its destination, but we will not be able to ensure delivery if we do not know the conditions for receiving orders at the destination. If you cannot deliver your order for any of these reasons, it will not be possible to request a refund.

IMPORTANT
To buy plant material it is essential to know the import regulations for plants and vegetables in your country of origin. Have an import permit if necessary.

Order preparation time

It is important that you note that, if the product is available, it will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible according to the conditions described above. If you reserve a product, you will be notified and the product will be shipped as soon as it is available again.

In the case of sawn wood products, the manufacturing period of the products and their subsequent shipment will depend on the size of the order, so the period varies and can be extended from 7 to 90 days, subject to prior agreement with the customer.

Shipping cost

When you place your order, keep in mind that shipping costs must be added to the price of the item.

It will depend on the volume and weight of the package, destination, and delivery date you choose. You can always check the shipping costs that will be applied to your order on the purchase invoice . Shipping costs for a large order will be charged manually.

The minimum price for shipping costs is €13.50 in Spain, outside of Spain the minimum cost is €25.50 and in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melillas the minimum cost is €80.50. For other international destinations, you can check shipping costs through a personalized inquiry .

Delivery policy

Although our main priority is to deliver each order we receive on time, on some occasions there may be setbacks that cause a delay. In these cases, we will proceed as follows:

1. If we cannot deliver the order on the requested date, we will deliver it on the next available date, specifying it with the client.

2. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the order has not arrived for reasons beyond our control, such as the recipient not being at home at the time of delivery or similar.

3. If delivery could not be made because the chosen day was a local holiday, your order will arrive the next business day. In this case, it would not be possible to request a refund either.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

During the purchasing process, it is very important that you ensure that the address provided is correct. We have developed address validation functions that will help you find your address easily, but do not forget to check all fields to avoid problems in the delivery of your order.

Remember that, if we are unable to deliver the order to the recipient because the address is incorrect, we will not be able to manage any type of refund.

Deliveries rejected by the recipient

Although it is not common for orders to be rejected, if for any reason the recipient did not accept the delivery, we would not be able to arrange a refund for the order.

Returns

The client must return or deliver the product directly to Paulownia Professional SL, to the address CAMINO DE LA ESTANCA S/N,  MAILBOX -50, 44600, ALCAÑIZ, TERUEL, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the right to withdraw from the contract is formalized.

The deadline will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the client will be made using the same payment methods used by the client, as long as it has not been provided otherwise. Paulownia Professional SL will pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

Quality politics

At Paulownia Professional® we are committed to the authenticity of the product we make, which is why all plants and products are hand-selected and we choose only those products that meet the quality standards that characterize us. Although we always make every effort to match your order as closely as possible to the original product photograph, you may notice some variations.

Please keep in mind that the photograph only shows a reference image of these products, and that the size or model we send will depend on their availability. But don’t worry, we assure you that they will always be of a quality similar to what you see on our website. If you receive a product that is slightly different from the original photograph, but that respects the necessary quality standards, we will not be able to arrange a refund for the order.

 

When dealing with perishable products and you receive them in poor condition or expired, contact us at info@paulownia.pro. It will be essential to follow the conservation instructions determined on the packaging itself, in addition to observing the expiration date, keeping proof of purchase in any case.
